These two perspectives are fundamental to good love making and being mindful of these when having sex, will lead to ultimate mutual satisfaction.

Spend 10 minutes together discussing what you enjoy being done to you intimately and sexually. This could be, for example, kissing of the neck, nibbling of the ears, caressing of the hands, intense mouth kissing, thigh massage etc. Just set out a few things so that each of you have an idea what the other wants.

Have one partner lie down; this person will be the first to receive. Now the Giver will begin to touch, caress, kiss, lick or do whatever you agreed upon beforehand. As the Giver is giving this pleasure to his/her partner, it should be done with the intention of doing it only for the Receiver’s pleasure. After a few minutes of this, change the intention of the touching to doing it for your own pleasure; without significantly changing what you were doing. Become aware of the differences in energy and the level of arousal with the different intentions of touching.
